Our rental holiday flats are located in the small seaside town of Vrsi, in middle Dalmatia, Croatia. We are located in a quiet residential area, approximately 200 meters from a beautiful beach. We offer you two separate flats, our largest is Bora for up to 4 persons and the smaller Jugo for 3 persons. The apartments can be rented separately, or together as a whole unit for larger groups or families. Both vacation apartments are fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and fully equipped kitchens.

The home is tastefully decorated, and the balconies offer stunning views of the sunsets. If you seek a peaceful and relaxing break, away from the hustle and bustle of larger tourist resorts, then we are an excellent choice in a beautiful location with stunning beaches nearby. The town of Vrsi is perched on a hill with plenty of olive groves and vineyards, making it an ideal destination for wine and olive oil tastings.

Nin

Only 5 km directly opposite the bay of Vrsi-Mulo is the town of Nin with its pretty alleys and traces of Roman times.

Zadar

The district capital of the Zadar region is only 20 km away and is always worth a visit, especially because of its cultural and culinary offer. End the evening on the promenade with a unique sea organ in the world.

Plitvice Lakes

The spectacular cascades in the UNESCO World Heritage Site never cease to amaze us. We can only recommend a trip there to every guest. Perfect for a day trip.

Kornati

Kornati National Park is another UNESCO World Heritage Site, consisting of over 130 islands and reefs, easily accessible from Zadar by day trips. The archipelago with its rich underwater world is a must when you are a guest in our region.
