Our holiday apartments are located in the quiet but well-connected village of Vrsi, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the Croatian Adriatic, 20 km from the central Dalmatian city of Zadar and surrounded by dozens of islands.
Our house is 150m from the sea. Close enough to the water, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the beach. The apartments are located on the first floor of the house we live in on the ground floor. Of course, you have your own access to your holiday apartment for your privacy.
We offer you three separate apartments. The apartments can be rented individually or together as one unit for larger groups or families.

Frequently Asked Questions
The following booking conditions apply to our holiday apartment:
• 30% deposit upon booking.
• Final payment 4 weeks before arrival.
• The deposit of €150 will be refunded approximately 3 days after departure (if no defects are found).
• Please note that the number of persons indicated is the maximum number of persons allowed.
A refund of the travel price already paid in the event of early departure is not possible.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Departure should be no later than 10:00 a.m. The holiday apartment is cleaned between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for new guests.
Before your arrival, the beds will be freshly made and the hand and dish towels will be provided for you. Please note that towels may not be taken to the beach.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contracts before the start of the trip. In the event of withdrawal, we are entitled to demand flat-rate cancellation fees. The flat-rate cancellation fees are:
60 days prior to the start of the rental period: 30% of the confirmed price
59 days prior to the start of the rental period: 50% of the confirmed price
35 days prior to the start of the rental period: 80% of the confirmed price
No-show: 100% of the confirmed price
Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment.
Odmor means “holiday, relaxation, recreation” in Croatian and casa is a common term for house in the Mediterranean region. With the name Casa Odmor we wanted to combine the Croatian with the Romance language, which has shaped this beautiful region of Croatia for thousands of years. The house was built in the 80s by the Croatian-German couple Dragica and Helmut Schmidt. Today, Mrs Schmidt, with the support of her son Michael, takes care of the property. He speaks German, Croatian and English in case you have any questions on site.
